The quirky art dotted about was lovely. Plenty of towels, shower gel etc were provided. Parking at the house was particularly handy. Host was very helpful.

The house is lovely and much bigger than expected. The area out the back is also large and it’s lovely to have a space to sit outside. We are a family of five, all adults and it was perfect to have so much space. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. It was all very clean too. The road is quiet it really feels nice to go back to a house that is quiet and spacious, I would definitely stay here again instead of a hotel. There’s Netflix and everything on the TV so it really feels like a home. Extremely good value. The owner also dropped a cake for me as it was my graduation which is a nice touch. Great location.

Great house close to the botanical gardens and Queens University. Really handy to the city centre too. Free on street parking which was great. Whether when we were there was amazing and the back yard is a real sun trap all day. Really comfortable beds and crisp clean white linen and fluffy towels.

Andrew was a lovely host and was very responsive to any questions and gave good local recommendations. He even bought us a delicious cake as a welcome gift! The house was very nicely decorated and was in a really great location within 5 min walk of the Botanical garden and Ulster museum. Definitely recommend the house as a very comfortable place to stay.

We have now experienced an exceptionally great place to stay at Belfast. The house is actually like a 5 star hotel & is so private, detached & has lovely walled large patio at the back. Beds are super comfortable & this place is convenient to university, great restaurants & bars. I really couldn't reccomend it enough. Thank you.

The theatre production company ABLAZE stayed at Andrew’s accommodation for nearly a week as they put up their play in the Lyric Theatre. With the theatre a stones throw away, the Dublin team felt right at home in Andrew’s bright and airy home, with plenty of room for a 7-person team to cook and relax. Located in the heart of stranmillis, the house is walking distance from groceries, coffee, and the botanical gardens ate at the bottom of the street! Andrew was quick to reply to any of our questions/ queries, including immediately looking into connection issues that our Dublin friends were having with the internet, as well as providing us with extra keys on request. I would highly recommend staying at Andrew’s beautiful accommodation.

We were extremely pleased with this lovely home in Belfast. The location is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and stores. The host was very helpful with any house-related needs and responded promptly. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
